You may ask, I have already a telephone set that support the caller ID display, what extra benefit can I get from this program? Well, most telephone sets that support caller ID can display only numbers, some can also display names (if your telephone company also sends callers' names to you). But,
- Some phone companies do not provide callers' names, they just send the numbers. But only numbers is not enough, we'd better have names, company names, email and much other information that can be found in a regular phone book;
- On phone calls we sometimes need to write down some information related to the callers, and use them later when talking to the same people.
